500mm Mirror Lens

www.bensimon.co.uk – CENTON 500mm F8 MACRO MIRROR LENS FOR CANON This is a quick video test on my 550d. I conclude that for £70 you could get some useable shots if your video is destined for youtube viewing. Obviously you can’t expect it to be fantastic for the money. If you have a long lens say a 300m you xcould probably get the same results by shooting in 1080p and cropping in on the video, then rendering at 720p. I’ll do a follow up video with it tested against my tamron 18-270mm as a comparision (when I get some time)
